What's the Cost Includes:

  • 3 nights lodging @  Holiday Inn Lake Buena Vista
  • Full Breakfast Buffet (3) mornings at hotel
  • 3 day Disney Park Admission
  • 1 day Admission to Universal Orlando
  • 1 day Admission to “You’re Instrumental” workshop
  • 3 Disney meal vouchers (one for each park day)
  • Dinner at The Rainforest Café
  • Meal voucher for Universal Orlando

  • Round Trip Charter bus transportation


Payment Schedule:

  • $100 Deposit due August 15, 2016

  • $100 2nd payment due September 5, 2016
  • $100 3rd payment due October 3, 2016
  • $100 4th payment due November  7, 2016
  • $100 5th payment due December  5, 2016
  • $150 6th payment due January  9, 2017
  • $200 FINAL Payment due February 6, 2017

 

(Students must be current on all orchestra fees in order to go on the trip. Preferred payment method is through our website.)



Sample Itinerary


Thurs. March 23

  • Depart from Duluth @ 5:00am

  • Lunch en route

  • Arrive in Orlando @ 1:00pm

    • Go to the Magic Kingdom from 1:00pm - 10:00pm


Friday, March 24

  • Breakfast @ 8:30am 
  • Go to Disney’s Hollywood Studios @ 10:00am 

    • Go to “You’re Instrumental” from 2:00pm - 4:00pm @ Disney Recording Studios
    • Go to Epcot for the remainder of the evening


Saturday, March 25

  • Breakfast @ 8:30am

  • Go to Universal Orlando for the day


Sunday, March 26

  •  Breakfast @ 8:30am
  •  Go to the Animal Kingdom
  •  Depart from Orlando @ 2:30pm
  •  Arrive in Duluth @ 11:00pm



Parents are welcome to attend as chaperones. Chaperone costs are the same as the student cost. By chaperoning, you  agree to take responsibility of a group/groups of students for the entire duration of the trip.

Chaperones must be an orchestra student's parent/legal guardian. Siblings are not permitted to attend unless they are currently in the orchestra program, as such they would be seen as another student attendee.
